My Garmin tracks everything about me, all sorts of interesting metrics. The gamification has helped (I'm almost ALMOST into the purple "Superior" VO2max range!) But what really worked for me was a type of habit stacking. In my case, I drop my son off at school, and I am not allowed to get back in the car until I've completed the run my watch wants me to do that day. Crush it this year!

I had a medical issue that really made me change a lot of my lifestyle.

This does look like a cool machine. Getting motivated to work out has been really difficult.
