As my perspective on religion has shifted from right v. wrong to truth — a hero's journey formula (the Plan of Salvation is still one of the coolest ways to think about human potential from a Christian lens) to plugging personal and communal potential into the scientific method — the concept of religion has become so appealing again. Why not gather in groups of people just to celebrate truth? Why not devote yourself to something bigger than yourself that only benefits you as much as you choose to invest in it? It's downright beautiful.

I can wait to have a Sun Sacrament with your family and share truths and beliefs, and all the ways they differ and are similar.

And the people of Cusco, Peru would like what you're doing. I'd do a sort of a mecca there with the Church of the Sun.

Perhaps I’ll make the pilgrimage out to Utah to complete some sun rituals. Love the concept of the sun being truth and providing life.
