I used to post daily to Linkedin as a social journal. Now it happens here…if I can stick to it like I have cold plunging. Journaling is the act of recording your journey. If you don’t believe you are on a journey then we should chitty chat chat about that. Your journal can be in the form of songs, code, pictures, words, and even prayer or meditations said out loud only to be recorded by your own memory. Try to avoid feeling like I have in the past…guilt for not journaling. You are on a journey, how you remember it is exactly how you are supposed to remember it.
It's great to start reading your thoughts again on a daily basis.
