Are You on a Journey Right Now?

I used to post daily to Linkedin as a social journal. Now it happens here…if I can stick to it like I have cold plunging.  Journaling is the act of recording your journey.  If you don’t believe you are on a journey then we should chitty chat chat about that.  Your journal can be in the form of songs, code, pictures, words, and even prayer or meditations said out loud only to be recorded by your own memory.  Try to avoid feeling like I have in the past…guilt for not journaling.  You are on a journey, how you remember it is exactly how you are supposed to remember it.

I choose the medium of words for my journey’s record.  I read a lot of others journals, mostly in form of social posts and comments.  I have heard that Apple has released a journal product in their new update.  Have any of you tried this?  My bestest of friends, Paul Mayne, created Day One, and he has a huge responsibility to keep the records of over 100 million people safe.  I asked him if he would consider letting users of Day One hook their journals to an AI so it can learn about you and guide you to answers that you may not even know you are seeking.
