Sucks that you’re banned on LI again. I figured you were quiet because you were traveling. Any chance of getting back in again after this one? Or did they connect your two accounts?

Check out Banya 5 in Seattle -- it's the best small spa / bathhouse experience I've used in the USA. I've talked w/ Banya 5 to replicate here in SLC -- there's definitely a need. There used to be an Onsen in SF but it closed. Russian and Turkish Baths in the East Village nyc is also a great case study.
Scott, I am developing in St. George right now and can share with you what you need to know about thermal in the area. There is already a large new hot springs development planned by the Pah Tempe Hot Springs in La Verkin.
