Somehow I got targeted on Linkedin by an advertisement for a new community owned by Disney. It was not something I expected to see and I first thought it was fake or some company using Disney without permission. Having worked at Disney for 2 years, I know how careful they are with their brand and who they allow to use it, so this just felt off that Disney was going to get into home building. But it’s real from all I can tell, and not a deep fake.

This new Disney community idea has 2 spots, the first looks to be in Palm Springs, and the second in North Carolina. I am sure there is a big audience for this senior living experience. I know that grandkids everywhere would love to visit grandparents in a Disney community.

What major brand would you want to make a community?

I started doing this email everyday exactly a year ago. It’s been the most demanding goal I have accomplished after sticking out a two year Mormon mission.
