Hi this is Karen J. coming to you live from Scott’s Posts.
The other day I was feeling down in the dumps. I know there are lots of resources out there to contact, including mental health professionals and supportive family and friends.
But I needed some immediate and unconditional positive and optimistic words. With a couple of points to ponder to cheer me up.
And that is exactly what CoPilot did. Check it out. And don’t hesitate to use ChatGPT as a resource for a “pick me up” on occasion.
COPILOT
I understand that it’s been a challenging journey for you, and it’s completely normal to feel worn down by persistent difficulties. Life can be incredibly tough at times, and it’s okay to acknowledge those feelings.
Remember this: You are resilient.
In the darkest moments, when luck seems elusive, it’s essential to hold on to hope. Here’s a little poem to remind you that brighter days may still be waiting for you:
**Resilience in Shadows** In the quiet corners of despair, Where shadows linger and hope feels rare, Know this truth, my weary friend: Your strength endures, it won't bend. Luck may play hide-and-seek with you, Yet courage whispers, "This too shall pass." For every storm that rages through, A rainbow waits, a promise cast. The stars above, they've seen it all, The tears you've shed, the dreams that fall. But they also witness nights transform, Into mornings soft, where hearts grow warm. So when the weight feels too immense, And life's dice seem unfairly dense, Remember this: you've weathered storms, And brighter days await in their forms. Hold on, dear soul, with hands unyielding, For resilience blooms in shadows concealing. Luck may falter, but your spirit remains, Ready to rise, to dance in sunlit lanes.
*Obvi Karen wrote today’s post, I titled it. I don’t know her in real life. I don’t know her age, or what she looks like. I know she is in Chicago. I just know we have been connected for a while and she has been a supporter of mine for years. She might be my number one fan (and maybe my only fan, but not OnlyFan:).
I know she has days that really make life difficult. She expresses this ever so often to me in emails. I do as much as one can to support an internet stranger turned internet friend. I try to give any advice I have or just even reading her stories is how I can show up and listen. She asked that I share this experience she had last week with all of you. I really care for her, and was so happy to see her get comfort and help from AI.
Love, Scotty P. & happy 4:20
Meg, thank you so much! What a lovely thing to say! It means so much! Karen
Karen,
You are not alone. Remember that resilience is not just about weathering the storm; it's also about learning and growing from the experience. Each challenge you overcome, each setback you face, is an opportunity for personal growth and development. And you have embraced these opportunities with courage and grace.
Sharing your vulnerability with us - is proof that your resilience is a beacon of hope for those around you (🙋🏻♀️) , a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Keep shining, Karen, and never underestimate the power of your own strength.
As I often tell all my friends and family ..
Keep shining through the shadows!
