I have to give a one hour presentation to a bunch of young sales people who are probably 19-26 years old.
I am going to share with them a slide show of the your #1 lesson you would tell a person of that age.
My humble request is this: Could you share with me the most relatable advice you would give your 20 year old self?
Thank you and happy 420!

Here is a song for my class of ‘99 that you have all probably heard once. It’s full of advice
You are so powerful! You are so powerful that you can choose how you think, how you feel, and how you experience your time here on earth. Through this power, stay in choice. Be curious, ask questions and be open to learning something new. "Fail fast" and learn from it quickly. Don't give your power away to people, places, or things that don't honor who you are. Always ask yourself what you want, and KNOW you are worthy to experience it. Last but not least... Be open to everything and attached to nothing. You are your greatest creation!
Do your very best each day, and try to improve from the previous day, but don’t get down because you have one bad day in there. That’s okay, And, keep smiling and keep learning daily!
